The medium treated by this wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP) is desulfurization flue gas, which contains highly corrosive substances such as sulfur, phosphorus, arsenic and fluorine. The operating temperature is ≤ 60℃, and the operating pressure is within 6,000 Pa.

The wet electrostatic precipitator for desulfurization tail gas with a 200,000 m³/h flue gas handling capacity has been put into operation (visually smokeless).

The anode tubes of the wet electrostatic precipitator are made of conductive fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), with a wall thickness of 3 mm. The resin adopted is flame-retardant vinyl ester resin, and the inner surface is smooth and clean for easy flushing. The resistance of each anode tube is less than 100 Ω. The main beams, secondary beams and cathode wires are made of 2205 duplex stainless steel. The counterweights are made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant ceramic material.
