The flue gas handling capacity of this equipment is ≤ 30,000 m³/h, the flue gas temperature is ≤ 80℃, and the flue gas is derived from a molten zinc furnace. Its mist removal efficiency is > 90%, and the equipment operates under negative pressure with a running pressure of -5000 Pa.

This wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP) processes flue gas that has been purified by a secondary desulfurization tower. The design operating temperature is 60°C, with a maximum instantaneous operating temperature of 80°C. It employs intermittent spray water washing for cleaning.

   50w氣量濕式靜電除霧器介質是水淬黃磷爐渣產生的渣汽。含有硫、磷、砷、氟等強腐蝕性物質，工作溫度≤60℃，工作壓力在6000Pa以內。

  黃磷尾氣100t/h高溫高壓燃氣鍋爐（540℃，9.8MPa）煙氣預處理裝置布袋除霧器

     該裝置采用碳酸鈉（Na₂CO₃）為煙氣處理劑，除霧采用布袋除霧器。煙氣預處理裝置由原料倉、投料系統、混合干燥系統、布袋除霧器等四部分組成。本項目煙氣中的硫份、磷份以及其他酸性物質含量較高，煙氣預處理裝置需要充分考慮硫份、磷份以及其他酸性物質的腐蝕問題，煙氣預處理裝置中的煙道全部采用不低于2205、316L材料。

煙氣預處理裝置由原料倉、投料系統、混合干燥系統、布袋除霧器等四部分組成

黃磷尾氣經煤氣凈化過濾器處理，進入氣柜，再經脫硫裝置凈化后進入黃磷尾氣發(fā)電系統100t/h鍋爐燃燒，燃燒產生的廢氣經煙氣預處理裝置+布袋除霧器+“濕法脫硫+靜電除霧器”進行處理，SO₂、NO₂和顆粒物可達到《火電廠大氣污染物排放標準》（GB 13223-2011）表1中相關限值，P₂O₅達到《貴州省環(huán)境污染物排放標準》（DB52/864-2022）表2中相關限值，最終由現有的50m高排氣筒排放。

  一臺氫氰酸尾氣治理濕式靜電除霧器正在加緊制作中，該濕式靜電濕霧器煙氣流量85000Nm³/h，入口煙氣溫度60℃-80℃，入口煙氣壓力500Pa。

氫氰酸尾氣治理優(yōu)化不銹鋼氣室制作

   該除霧器入口煙氣為由二級脫硫塔凈化后的煙氣，設計工況60℃，瞬時最高工況80℃，采用間歇噴淋水沖洗。尾氣治理要求出口粉塵排放濃度≤10mg/Nm³；除塵效率≥90%。
